Road Test - Chanel “Holiday” Nail Polish
This photo was taken a week and a half into the manicure which is STELLAR for any polish. This mani made it another three days without becoming unbearable to look at with no maintenance. There is some minor chipping on a few nail tips, but otherwise, this mani has held it together for longer than expected. It has “Birthday Cake” Top Coat by Essence. I love Essence nail products. I got the glitter topcoat on last year’s trip to Europe. Base coat by Beauty Secret, a beauty store brand.
I get the wheelchair in and out of the trunk, do dishes by hand (I’ve never lived w an automatic dishwasher), and push a manual wheelchair, so there’s not a lot of pampering re: my hands. I challenge any polish to do better, or last longer though I will obviously use other polishes because unfortunately, not all my polish is Chanel & in fact, this was borrowed from Zoe.
Oh and in addition to liberally using sunscreen on my face, I always hit my neck and the backs of my hands for all the reasons listed above and I’m too young to have SJP hands.
